Administration and public law

menu-sep

Both businesses and private individuals derive significant rights and obligations from the public sector. As legislators, enforcers and service providers, we encounter public authority in all industries - and in all areas of society.

Effective and targeted contact with public authorities requires a good understanding of public law regulations and practical experience from cases against and for public bodies. Several of Dehn's lawyers have extensive work experience from previous positions in the public sector, where they have provided ongoing legal advice, including courses, to public bodies for many years.

Dehn's lawyers also have extensive experience in providing legal advice and litigation on behalf of organizations, businesses and private parties in cases against the public sector. Among other things, Dehn's lawyers assist with the preparation and revision of regulations, including assistance and contact with the authorities during ongoing change processes, courses in public law topics, applications, appeals and follow-up of public decisions and other advice within administrative law.

Administrative law and public law often affect other areas of law such as real estate, inheritance law, child protection and company law. Our lawyers collaborate closely internally and often work in teams so that our expertise covers all aspects of the case.
