Children's rights

Approximately half of all children in Norway experience parental separation. In some cases, issues of permanent residence, visitation and parental responsibility cannot be resolved without involving lawyers. When children become part of such conflicts, it is crucial to have good and proper legal assistance to resolve the conflict at the lowest possible level, in addition to ensuring a good and sustainable solution.
