As a suspect, accused or defendant in a criminal case, you have the right to be represented by a lawyer, both during the police investigation and in any criminal prosecution before the courts. Our expertise in criminal law and our broad experience in the field of business law means that our lawyers have built up particular expertise in the areas of investigation and financial crime, including corruption, cheating, insider trading, illegal price fixing, subsidy fraud and tax evasion.
Several of our lawyers have extensive experience from the police, prosecution authorities and courts. Two of our lawyers are permanent defense attorneys and one is a permanent assistant attorney at Asker and Bærum District Court and Borgarting Court of Appeal.
