Erik Bjørn assists several of the country's largest housing developers on a daily basis. He assists with the purchase of land, the organization of ownership in the project under company law, and the organization of the properties, i.e. the division and joining of plots, boundary adjustment, land transfer, registration of declarations and sectioning. He also assists private clients in construction and zoning matters.
Erik is a trustee in bankruptcy at Ringerike, Asker and Bærum District Court, and is appointed as trustee in a large number of bankruptcy estates, compulsory dissolution estates and compulsory liquidation estates every year.
He assists both large and small contractors and developers in final settlements and dispute resolution within construction.
He regularly conducts cases before the courts and the land consolidation court, and has previously been a deputy judge in the district court.
