Per has extensive experience from a wide range of business law and private law areas. His broad experience makes him suitable for handling matters involving several different areas of law.

Per's main areas of expertise are real estate law, contract law, corporate law and transactions. He assists companies with ongoing legal advice related to, among other things, operations, reorganization, drafting agreements and the purchase and sale of shares and property.

Per also has particular expertise in inheritance and probate law and bankruptcy. He is a trustee for Ringerike, Asker and Bærum District Court in public probate and bankruptcy estates.

Per's goal is to find simple and practical solutions even to complicated issues. He works purposefully and efficiently and is able to provide quick and precise feedback.
