Andreas has extensive experience as a lawyer in transactions/M&A, corporate law, insolvency/bankruptcy and contract law.

For several years, he has assisted both sellers and buyers in connection with investments, purchase and sale of shares and businesses. He has assisted start-up companies and entrepreneurs, as well as industrial companies and PE players.  He has extensive experience with corporate law issues and the rules of the Norwegian Companies Act, including transactions, capital structure, shareholder rights and board work.

Andreas works with bankruptcy and counseling in connection with insolvency and liquidation of businesses.

He has extensive experience in drafting various types of contracts, and also works with dispute resolution and litigation related to his areas of expertise. He regularly gives lectures on company law, bankruptcy law and contract law.
