Ingvild works broadly within the field of business law. She has particular expertise in real estate and construction, contract law and transactions.

Ingvild assists both private individuals and businesses with the drafting and negotiation of contracts relating to the purchase and sale of real estate. She is licensed by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway to conduct settlement brokerage.

Within construction, Ingvild advises and resolves disputes for small and medium-sized enterprises, mainly on the contractor side.

Ingvild also has considerable experience and expertise in inheritance and probate law. She works extensively with inheritance planning, including the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, marriage contracts and cohabitation agreements. She also assists clients in the actual probate process with the implementation of inheritance settlements and financial settlements in connection with divorce or termination of cohabitation.
