Anders works broadly within the field of civil law. He has particular expertise within real estate, bankruptcy, inheritance and divorce cases.

Anders assists both private individuals and businesses with real estate development, as well as in all disputes between buyer/seller and developer/contractor.

Within bankruptcy, Anders works extensively with estate administration and advises on all bankruptcy law issues.

Anders is a publicly appointed administrator in divorce and estate administration at Ringerike, Asker and Bærum District Court. He can assist with inheritance planning, wills, powers of attorney, marriage contracts and cohabitation agreements. He also assists heirs in inheritance disputes and spouses/cohabitants in  divorce cases.

Advokatfirmaet Dehn is a member of Interlegal – an international organization of law firms. Anders is responsible for our membership in Interlegal. He regularly attends Interlegal conferences, in order to maintain our international network.
