Hedda works broadly within the field of business law. A significant part of her work involves assisting companies in various areas of contract law, including construction and real estate, corporate law and privacy.

Hedda has several years of work experience as a lawyer in the state and has a good understanding of the processes and legal rules in the public administration. At Dehn, she works with application and appeal processes, follow-up and other general contact with the authorities in various administrative areas.

In the field of IT and technology, she has, among other things, assisted several companies in issues related to privacy, including GDPR.

Hedda has a master's degree from the University of Oslo with specialization in design, trademark and patent law, petroleum contracts and corporate taxation and has written a master's thesis in international corporate tax law.
