Elisabeth works broadly within the field of business law, and has particular expertise in insolvency/bankruptcy, contract law, company law and intellectual property law.

Elisabeth has particularly broad experience with bankruptcy law issues and works with a large number of bankruptcy estates each year. She also assists with issues relating to company law and contract law and provides advice to both companies and private individuals. With extensive experience as a lawyer in the public sector, including the Enforcement Office in Oslo and the Social Security Court, Elisabeth has good knowledge of processes and legal rules in the administration.
