Espen works broadly within the field of business law. He has particular expertise in real estate, bankruptcy law, consumer law and dispute resolution. 

Espen assists both private individuals and businesses with contract negotiations for the purchase and sale of real estate. He is authorized to act as a real estate agent and carries out settlement of real estate transactions. Espen is appointed by Ringerike, Asker and Bærum District Court to assist in the forced sale of real estate.

Espen has particular expertise in consumer law and has experience in assisting private individuals and businesses in disputes related to purchase law, craftsman service tests and home purchases. He has litigation experience from district courts and courts of appeal.
