Johan's main area of work is company and business law, mainly drafting, negotiating and auditing commercial contracts.

Much of his work concerns construction, real estate and trade. He has assisted in many transactions and disputes of considerable scope. Johan also often works with family-owned and medium-sized businesses, and has advised on and implemented generational changes.

For more than 20 years, Johan has been a trustee for a total of three different district courts, and has handled several large and demanding estates. He also makes use of his insolvency expertise to advise businesses under liquidity pressure.

Johan has a good commercial understanding, extensive board experience and several directorships. As a lawyer, he is committed, energetic and solution-oriented.
