Peder works broadly within the areas of private law and business law. He assists private individuals, companies and municipalities with ongoing advice, dispute resolution and litigation assignments.
Morset has particular expertise in criminal law, family and inheritance law, contract law and child welfare law. He has extensive litigation experience in both civil and criminal cases, and litigates a significant number of cases before the courts each year. Peder has experience from both the prosecution and the courts, and is currently a permanent defense attorney at Ringerike, Asker and Bærum District Court and Borgarting Court of Appeal.
Peder assists the County Governor of Oslo and Akershus in matters related to guardianship. He is regularly appointed as a temporary guardian in disputes.
